Institute of Biotechnology (IBT) is based in Hyderabad (India) which is developing as one of the biggest business and entrepreneurial centre in India. IBT was initiated by Usha Biotech Pvt Ltd with the aim of developing skilled manpower to meet the current requirement of biotech industry.

We offer projects based on Bacterial expression systems and Mammalian expression systems. Hand’s on training is provided for each and every student.

Projects vary in length from 1 - 3 months.

Techniques covered during the training:
1. Molecular cloning (Plasmid purification, gel extraction, restriction digestion, ligation, transformation, Screening for recombinant clones).
2. PCR amplification
3. Vector designing using Bioinformatics tools.
