Job description

ü Align with the quality team and drive process improvements from time to time
ü Establish good rapport with the customers and ensure regular communication with the customer
ü With the support of the training team, develop training plan and assess training needs of the team members
ü Drive Talent Engagement and Talent Retention Programs to arrest attrition
ü Monitor and report performance of the process regularly as per the process cycle and communicate to the key stakeholders accordingly
ü Vendor Set ups &maintenance, Processing payments
ü Ensuring adherence to timelines/ deliverables as per the client SLA
ü Champion operational excellence for productivity gains



EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Education

Any Graduate/Semi Qualified
Work Experience
If Semi Qualified: 8 – 11 years (Post Qualification)
If Graduate : 11 + years(Post Qualification)
Required Skills
Need candidate with a BPO experience in Accounts Payable process.( exposure to wing to wing Accounts Payables activities and AP reconciliations)
Team handling skills of 25-30 people
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Oracle
