They require Tandoori Chefs.
The candidate must be a Graduate in Hotel Management with specialisation in Production and with an experience in Tandoor Cusine for atleast 3 ? 5 years
Duties and responsibilities
They must be fully conversant with each section of the kitchen and have complete knowledge of the duties involved.
The kitchen team reporting to you must be managed and support given to those under pressure or on weaker sections.
The general cleanliness of the kitchen
Stock rotation needs to ensured
Ensuring every stored food item has been correctly labelled, dated and cling filmed.
General filling of invoices, credit notes etc to be maintained, informing me of any appropriate price changes etc. and using this exercise to improve your understanding of food costs
Salary ?1400 + Food and accommodation
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
