2. Handling tax/financial planning
3. Get the past work(books) in order. Should have an expertise in using Quickbooks.
4. Monthly reports
5. Handling Annual Taxes
6. Financial Reporting of Company activities
7. Should have corporate and personal tax return experience with US tax codes.
