"The project involves maintaining accounting and taxes(reporting based on US Tax Accounting Laws . We would like to outsource the accounting work to a single person/small firm in India. Taxes and accounting will be for one person only and will possibly involve some past years work which would take some dedicated time.

We require the following features for this profile :
1. Handling basic accounting and book keeping
2. Handling tax/financial planning
3. Get the past work(books) in order. Should have an expertise in using Quickbooks.
4. Monthly reports
5. Handling Annual Taxes
6. Financial Reporting of Company activities
7. Should have corporate and personal tax return experience with US tax codes.
