The clients are leading Indian Restaurants in UK Mainly London.
They require South Indian Chefs.
The incumbent must be ideally a Catering Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years exp (& 2 YEARS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE) in Preparing South Indian Cusine both Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian.
Must have expertise in Tamilnadu/Kerala/Andhra Delicacies
Some expertise in Tandoori is preferred but not essential
No of openings: 12
Location: Any where in UK.
