Our client (FMCG organisation from HONG KONG mainly into food products with global operations. Turnover in excess of 250 million USD per annum = 11250 crores INR per annum. The Organisation is known to compete with Nestle and Unilever in the product categories it is present.) Company is a 100 yrs old organisation which basically originated from Hong Kong and was primarily into trading. The Organisation is known for its young team which has been able to accomplish much in a short span and has also proved to be a major stepping stone for many in their careers. For the past twenty years the Company has forayed into several renowned FMCG products and has it's stronghold in Africa.

Job Description
Key Accountabilities: Indicate key deliverables and result areas for this position
The main accountabilities of this role are:
To create a strategy for growth through market innovation & activation.
This role will handle the entire product portfolio of the Group.
Consumer Understanding and Marketing Strategy
To understand the consumers needs in this market and their behavior. Based on this, to
develop overall vision for brand(s) (in line with organizational / brand objectives) for this country/market.
To put in place clear & well-defined business & marketing plans concurrent with brand vision.
To continuously track competition and keep abreast of new developments in market
Brand communication and media management
To develop optimal communication mix through effective & innovative use of traditional &
non-traditional media
Developing the media plan and message to communicate the brand proposition and conceptualizing,
and create innovative promotions for brand building.
To ensure a High TOM recall for our Brands by envisaging an all round Brand Building strategy
Marketing Operations
To assist in developing annual sales budgets to best achieve organizational objectives
To develop annual promotion (ATL + BTL) plans to best achieve sales objectives.
To manage the marketing budget in a highly focused manner so as to meet both the long term and
the immediate needs of every brand.
Ensuring proper launch of all the new products thereby establishing these products in the market.
Support Brand Innovation
To study & evaluate new product opportunities from concept research through launch planning &
implementation in close coordination with BDM
Market Information & Research
To ensure timely and pertinent reporting to capture all important market developments & trends
relevant to organization
To initiate research to better tailor marketing activities to target consumers
