PG accomodation is available in an apartment on the 4th floor serviced by lifts, has 3 spacious BR's (with option for AC's) with built in cupboards, attached washrooms, European seats, shower curtains and geysers.

The apartment has a 24 hr cable TV, water supply through overhead tanks, Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water, security at the gate, port for 24 hr high speed Internet, and a washing machine for use of the occupants.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, all normal electrical appliances and crockery and cutlery. Breakfast and dinner is included in the monthly charges.

The living room has a 3+1+1 sitting arrangement.

Room Charges are INR 4500/- p p per month on twin sharing basis.
Refundable security: INR 10,000/-.
Minimum stay: 6 months
